How likely users are to click your ad when they see it โ based on your keyword's historical performance. Low = your ad copy isn't resonating with the intent behind the search.
How closely your ad copy matches the keyword's theme. "Below average" usually means the keyword is in the wrong ad group, or your headline doesn't contain the keyword.
How relevant and useful your landing page is to someone who clicked your ad. Low scores mean the page content doesn't match what the user was looking for.
Each QS point above or below 7 affects your CPC by roughly 16%. A keyword at QS 4 can cost 2ร more than the same keyword at QS 8 for the same position.
